Scope of Aluminum Profile Prefabrication

  1. Cutting of Aluminum Profiles:
    - Carried out on cutting centers and single- and double-head saws with lengths ranging from 6.5 mm to 7700 mm,
    - We offer both precision cutting and angle cutting.
  2. CNC Machining of Aluminum Profiles:
    - Machining is performed on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centers with lengths of up to 8400 mm,
    - We offer services such as drilling, milling, threading, and precise cutting using cutting blades.

  3. Processing on a 63T Eccentric Press:
    - Punching of holes and shapes,
    - Forming.

  4. Additional Assembly:
    - Assembly of standard components such as rivet nuts and screws,
    - Installation of gaskets,

  5. Additional Assembly:
    - Assembly of additional components and kit completion,
    - Labeling, marking, and attaching documentation to individual kits.

  6. Surface Treatment and Additional Operations:
    - Vibratory finishing,
    - Deburring of profiles,
    - Profile wrapping,
    - Specialized packaging of profiles, e.g., in tubes or foil sleeves.
