Information Clause:
Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: GDPR) (OJ EU L119/1), we inform you that:
- The administrator of your personal data is FINAL S.A., with its registered office in Dąbrowa Górnicza, 42-523 Dąbrowa Górnicza, ul. Koksownicza 9, email contact: iod@m3mcom.pl .
- The Data Protection Officer (DPO) at the Administrator is Paweł Markiewicz, who can be contacted via email at iod@m3mcom.pl.
- Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of responding to the inquiry submitted by you via the contact form to FINAL S.A., based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e., the legitimate interest of the Administrator and you as the sender of the inquiry.
- Additionally, if you have given your consent to receive commercial and marketing information from FINAL S.A. via electronic communication means, within the scope specified in your consent, which may be withdrawn at any time, your personal data will be processed based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. In certain situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients, provided that the Administrator has concluded a data processing agreement concerning the process for which your personal data has been obtained. Your personal data may also be transferred to entities authorized to receive them under the provisions of law.
- Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries (outside the EU/EEA) or to international organizations.
- You have the right to request from the Administrator access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, as well as data portability and the right to object to its processing.
- Regarding data processed based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by sending a statement of withdrawal to the email address iod@m3mcom.pl. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office at ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland regarding the Administrator’s actions.
- Providing your personal data is voluntary; however, failure to provide it will prevent you from receiving a response to your inquiry submitted via the contact form. Furthermore, the lack of consent referred to in point 3 will prevent you from receiving commercial and marketing information from the Administrator.
- No decisions concerning you will be made based on automated processing, including profiling.
