Anodizing

Aluminium anodizing

Aluminium anodizing process, which is also called eloxal process, makes this raw material more durable, harder,  and resistant to corrosion and wear. Anode layer is almost invisible. Aluminium anodizing is especially important for food industry, automotive and furniture industry as it does not only improve the quality of this raw material but also gives it an appropriate colour, thanks to which it has decorative values. Anodizing makes aluminium surface smooth and shiny and this way it does not require any special maintenance.

Aluminium anodizing

Aluminium anodizing is divided into few subprocesses (degreasing, bathing, polishing, brightening, anodizing, colouring, tightening) and it is carried out in pro-ecological conditions as well as in compliance with Qualanod requirements (licence no.: 1802), which guarantee the best quality of produced anode layers.

Shot blasting before aluminium anodizing

Before aluminium anodizing, Final S.A. can carry out a supplementary surface processing which is shot blasting. This additional stage allows for obtaining appropriate roughness, which gives the layer of aluminium profile additional decorative values. Shot blasting is also recommended to clean the surface from various types of layers from previous processing. The process also allows for obtaining a higher capacity and better profiles coverage.
