About Us

The history of the company started from the idea which quickly turned into a construction plan for the production plant in Dąbrowa Górnicza, in the area of Katowice Special Economic Zone, in the direct vicinity of Zakłady Koksownicze "Przyjaźń". The construction started in February 1999, and in the autumn a modern, multi-functional building was constructed, which houses three production halls, offices, and production facilities.

The beginning of the installation of a modern production line for the extrusion of aluminium profiles (T1) of the Spanish tycoon GIA. The first aluminium profiles were manufactured already in September, and in October the regular production of aluminium profiles started. At the same time, new ideas were born, which led to the development of the construction plans and start up of the anodizing plant.

The anodizing plant was already ready in October, and since then we have been able to offer our customers not only professional extrusion profiles but also services related to the surface finishing of aluminium products.

The beginning of the year was very busy. Two big projects were launched, which involved the construction of a new hall, which currently houses the finished goods warehouse, as well as the second extrusion line was purchased and installed (T2). In December. the employees could start their work on a new, specialized equipment.

The expansion of our offer, thanks to which we could provide our customers with comprehensive services was our priority from the beginning of the company. Thus, in the spring we launched a machining centre, in which a CNC machine was located together with two double head saws. This allowed us to complete virtually any order related to mechanical processing and profile cutting. The Prefabrication Department has been continuously developed until now by expanding our machine park.

The launch of a third aluminium profiles extrusion line (T3), which allowed us to adjust the offer even better to our customers’ needs and to speed up delivery.

The spring brought new possibilities and new investments, thanks to which we could perform the most complex order in the best quality. We were able to achieve it thanks to the upgraded pressing line, from 6” to 7”.

The completion of a new warehouse construction in Dąbrowa Górnicza, which allows for the expansion and protection of required inventory. In the next stage, CNC Department was moved to Dąbrowa Górnicza.

and taking into account the current market situation, a decision was made to purchase a complete line for extrusion of aluminum profiles. The new production line was launched on May 10, which will increase the Yawal Group's production capacity by 25%. It is a response to the growing market demand for aluminum profiles and the needs of the Yawal Group's customers.
