As the second-generation owner of Final, Mrs. Karolina Mzyk-Callias continues the legacy created by her father, who founded the company 25 years ago. Thanks to the passion, commitment, and vision of the Founder, the dynamic development of FINAL S.A. has been ongoing for 25 years, providing aluminum profiles for many engineering industries in the international market. Before starting her work at the Yawal Group, Mrs. Karolina Mzyk-Callias worked at the United Nations, where she gained extensive experience in the field of global economy and sustainable development, developing policy and managing global partnership programs in many countries around the world, collaborating with governments and enterprises in planning and implementing Sustainable Development Goals. Mrs. Karolina Mzyk obtained a master's degree from the University of York, UK, a postgraduate diploma from the University of Cambridge, UK, and received an Executive MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, USA.

Connected with the Yawal Group since 2019. He started his professional career in the banking industry, where he spent 10 years working for Euro Bank and PKO BP. In the years 2006 - 2018, he was employed at Ferro Group, where he exercised the position of the Financial And Administrative Director and the Vice-President of the Board. He was also a member of the Supervisory Board at Novaservis spol. Sro and Yuhuan AMG Just Valve. He has the MBA title from the Oxford Brookes University, the Higher School of Management - The Polish Open University.
