1. Information clause for clients of Final S.A.

In accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (Official Journal L 119 4.5.2016) you are hereby informed that:
1) the controller of your personal data is Final S.A., ul. Koksownicza 9, 42-523 Dąbrowa Górnicza
2) your personal data will be processed in order to perform a contract and deliver goods under: Article 6(1)(b) – data processing necessary for the performance of the contract and goods delivery – of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (GDPR)
3) the recipients of your personal data will be entities authorised to obtain personal data on the basis of legal regulations, entities participating in the performance of the contract, data processors, insurance companies, and KRD Economic Information Bureau
4) your personal data will be stored for 6 years from the expiry of the data processing period under the concluded contract
5) you have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, their rectification, erasure or restriction of their processing, and the right to transfer the data
6) you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
7) the provision of personal data is voluntary; however, a refusal to provide such data might result in the inability to conclude the contract and deliver goods

2. Information clause for business partners/contractors/suppliers

In accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (Official Journal L 119 4.5.2016) you are hereby informed that:
1) the controller of your personal data is Final S.A., ul. Koksownicza 9, 42-523 Dąbrowa Górnicza
2) your personal data will be processed in order to perform a contract under:
Article 6(1)(b) – data processing necessary for the performance of the contract – of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (GDPR)
3) the recipients of your personal data will only be entities authorised to obtain personal data on the basis of legal regulations and data processors
4) your personal data will be stored for 6 years
5) you have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, their rectification, erasure or restriction of their processing, and the right to transfer the data
6) you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
7) the provision of personal data is voluntary; however, a refusal to provide such data might result in the inability to conclude the contract

3. Contact form clause

In accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (Official Journal L 119 4.5.2016) you are hereby informed that:
1) the controller of your personal data is Final S.A., ul. Koksownicza 9, 42-523 Dąbrowa Górnicza
2) your personal data will be processed in order to establish contact under: Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) as the legitimate interest of the data controller
3) the recipients of your personal data will only be entities authorised to obtain personal data on the basis of legal regulations and data processors
4) your personal data will be stored for 6 years
5) you have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, their rectification, erasure or restriction of their processing, and the right to transfer the data
6) you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
7) the provision of personal data is voluntary; however, a refusal to provide such data might result in a rejection of your notification

4. Information clause for job candidates

In accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (Official Journal L 119 4.5.2016) you are hereby informed that:
1) the controller of your personal data is Final S.A., ul. Koksownicza 9, 42-523 Dąbrowa Górnicza
2) your personal data will be processed for the purposes of current and future recruitment – under: Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and of the Labour Code of 26 June 1974
3) the recipients of your personal data will only be entities authorised to obtain personal data on the basis of legal regulations, entities involved in the recruitment process, and data processors
4) your personal data will be stored for the duration of this recruitment process or this recruitment process and future recruitment processes, depending on your consent
5) you have the right to request from the controller access to personal data, the right to rectify, erase or limit the processing, the right to object to the processing, the right to transfer the data, the right to withdraw your consent at any time
6) you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
7) the provision of personal data is voluntary; however, if you refuse to provide such data, your application will not be included in the recruitment process.
